- prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- clean warehouse floors and common areas
- remove trash and recyclables
- maintain restrooms and break rooms
- perform regular inspections of facilities
- conduct minor repairs and report major maintenance issues
- assist with grounds upkeep including snow removal and landscaping
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
