- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
- ability to follow safety protocols and instructions
- strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties
- provide janitorial services including sweeping and mopping floors
- remove trash and maintain clean warehouse and grounds
- sanitize restrooms and common areas
- perform general maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- assist in maintaining warehouse equipment
- report maintenance needs and hazards promptly
