- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- capability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasks
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- willingness to adhere to company safety protocols

- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- perform janitorial duties including cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas
- maintain the warehouse grounds through landscaping and snow removal
- conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and facilities
- restock janitorial supplies and keep storage areas organized
- report any maintenance or safety hazards to management
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- assist with setup and teardown for special events or promotions
