Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas of the building
- Remove and dispose of all trash and recyclables as per the established schedule
- Respond to residents' request for service
- Handle all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and infection control standards
- Inspect and maintain the grounds of the facility including general cleanup of the front walkways and side entrances
- Assist with snow removal as needed
