- prior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferred
- ability to operate cleaning machinery and maintenance tools
- adherence to safety and health regulations
- strong attention to detail
- capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting
- availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- provide janitorial services of warehouse and grounds
- perform general maintenance tasks as assigned
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- maintain safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities
- assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facilities
- report any major facility issues to management
- support teamwork and communication within the maintenance department
