- previous janitorial or maintenance experience desirable
- ability to handle physical workload including lifting and manual tasks
- must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Job Duties
- provide janitorial services including cleaning floors restrooms and windows
- perform general maintenance tasks around warehouse and grounds
- ensure cleanliness and safety of all assigned areas
- report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or event spaces as needed
- comply with all company safety and sanitation policies
- support team members in maintaining warehouse standards
