Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years maintenance or facilities trade experience
  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, handling
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent interruptions
  • Must change activity frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years maintenance or facilities trade experience
  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
  • College diploma preferred

Job Duties

  • Participate in monthly safety committee meetings
  • Ensure all safety standards meet OSHA requirements
  • Maintain safety equipment availability and stock
  • Coordinate with operations managers to maintain property
  • Oversee mechanical operations including plumbing and electrical systems
  • Manage light construction and painting work
  • Maintain professional relationships with local vendors and conduct comparative price shopping
  • Oversee grounds and landscape upkeep
  • Provide positive departmental environment and open communication
  • Conduct staff evaluations and training
  • Propose raise recommendations
