Job Requirements
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to work inside and outside under varied weather conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 100 lbs
- excellent customer service skills

- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- experience with power washer and sweeper scrubber preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate maintenance machinery

- ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules
Job Duties
- monitor maintenance of facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- identify and repair malfunctioning equipment on property daily
- perform cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and areas including safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash removal
- adhere to preventative maintenance schedule set by Location Manager
- operate machinery such as blowers, sweepers, power washers
- accurately maintain maintenance logs and report timely
- uphold customer service standards and maintain professionalism
- notify management of needed materials and tools
- perform other duties assigned by management
