The franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald's logos and food products, delivering the iconic McDonald's experience but manages all employment-related aspects independently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical strength to perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of safety protocols

- Experience with maintenance duties preferred

Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck twice a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
