Job Duties
- Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders
- report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies
- complete work orders and all necessary assigned repairs
- perform preventive maintenance and maintain mechanical logs
- resolve guest problems and handle guest requests timely
- complete duty rounds checklists and correct noted problems
- use office equipment, EMS system, and life safety systems correctly
- be cross-trained in all department aspects
- carry out policies and procedures
- maintain effective communication with operational areas
