  • 1 year related experience or training preferred

Job Duties

  • Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders
  • report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies
  • complete work orders and all necessary assigned repairs
  • perform preventive maintenance and maintain mechanical logs
  • resolve guest problems and handle guest requests timely
  • complete duty rounds checklists and correct noted problems
  • use office equipment, EMS system, and life safety systems correctly
  • be cross-trained in all department aspects
  • carry out policies and procedures
  • maintain effective communication with operational areas
