Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate positively and professionally
- Professional appearance
- Accuracy in telephone and account maintenance transactions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook
- Ability to operate or train to operate office equipment including computer terminals, receipt printers, fax machines, copiers, telephones, and cash advance machines
- Regular and reliable attendance required

Job Duties
- Greet members and non-members and ascertain their needs
- Update lobby traffic logs to ensure proper personnel alerts
- Assist members with teller services experience
- Provide general information about the credit union
- Answer telephone inquiries and route calls
- Provide account information and post transactions not handled by teller services
- Troubleshoot ITM issues and process disputes
- Assist members with self-service coin machine
- Help members complete paperwork and explain service use
- Issue instant cards via Card Wizard system
- Handle mail and courier tasks
- Order checks, process address changes, prepare stop payments
- Follow regulations related to BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC
- Provide notary services if applicable
- Read internal publications
- Perform other assigned duties
