Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate positively and professionally
  • Professional appearance
  • Accuracy in telephone and account maintenance transactions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook
  • Ability to operate or train to operate office equipment including computer terminals, receipt printers, fax machines, copiers, telephones, and cash advance machines
  • Regular and reliable attendance required

Job Duties

  • Greet members and non-members and ascertain their needs
  • Update lobby traffic logs to ensure proper personnel alerts
  • Assist members with teller services experience
  • Provide general information about the credit union
  • Answer telephone inquiries and route calls
  • Provide account information and post transactions not handled by teller services
  • Troubleshoot ITM issues and process disputes
  • Assist members with self-service coin machine
  • Help members complete paperwork and explain service use
  • Issue instant cards via Card Wizard system
  • Handle mail and courier tasks
  • Order checks, process address changes, prepare stop payments
  • Follow regulations related to BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC
  • Provide notary services if applicable
  • Read internal publications
  • Perform other assigned duties
