Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months of relevant experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a food runner or server preferred
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months of prior relevant experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a food runner or server preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays (Monday - Tuesday off)

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Expedite food from the kitchen to the table, following the sequence of service as directed by the Chef or kitchen expediter
  • Describe dishes and menu features upon delivery, answering any questions from guests
  • Communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations and quality service
  • Perform assigned open and closing side-work, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service station
