Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume production cooking experience
  • Willingness to work part-time evening shifts from Monday to Wednesday
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of prior restaurant cooking experience in a similar resort setting is preferred
  • Ability to work part-time schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:45 pm Monday through Wednesday
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Skillfully apply culinary techniques while maintaining solid knowledge of food products and menu items
  • Safely identify and use kitchen equipment, restocking supplies as needed
  • Properly label and date products for safekeeping and sanitation
  • Assist kitchen leadership in executing service and ensuring attention to detail in plate presentation
  • Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required
  • Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries
