Job Requirements

  • Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical stamina to handle kitchen environment demands

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
  • Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
  • Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Demonstrate attention to detail with plate presentation and maintain solid menu knowledge
  • Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service
  • Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups
  • Collaborate as a team and assist with guest needs and inquiries
