Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Adherence to company safety and security policies
- Maintain professional personal appearance
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently and monitor food quality
- Set-up and break down workstation and maintain cleanliness of kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
