Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year related work experience
Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Adherence to company safety and security policies
Maintain professional personal appearance
No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
Proficient in operating kitchen appliances
Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh measure and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently and monitor food quality
Set-up and break down workstation and maintain cleanliness of kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
