Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the Main Bar
- Take cocktail orders and serve drinks to members and guests
- Learn and apply proper mixology techniques
- Familiarize with menu items and daily specials
- Suggest and inform customers about dinner, dessert, and wine selections
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Build rapport with members by remembering names and preferences
