Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in mailroom, concierge, or customer service preferred
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts including Tuesday to Saturday
Ability to work a total of 38.5 hours per week
Valid driver's license
Safe driving record
Ability to speak and understand English
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to conduct physical tasks including walking and standing for extended periods
Willingness to undergo background check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt

Job Qualifications

Experience driving vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
Currently have and will maintain a valid driver's license
Safe driving record in accordance with Senior Lifestyle company policy
Kind and approachable demeanor
Ability to speak and understand the English language
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency with mail tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Dependable and professional demeanor
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred

Job Duties

Accepting and logging all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS
Notifying residents when packages or registered mail have arrived
Distributing mail and packages to the correct recipients or storing them in a secure package room
Researching and rerouting unidentified mail
Processing outgoing mail and preparing packages for shipment
Conducting regular audits of the package room to ensure inventory is accurate
Valet resident and guest vehicles
Greeting and providing a friendly, welcoming presence to all residents, guests, and vendors
Monitoring lobby traffic and managing building access for visitors and contractors
Answering resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Coordinating with building management and maintenance teams to log and resolve resident requests
Facilitating amenity reservations, such as for a party room or conference space
Assisting with administrative tasks like keeping resident records up to date
Providing local recommendations for restaurants, events, and other services
Conducting regular patrols of the building and monitoring surveillance cameras
Ensuring only authorized vehicles can access the building's parking lot
Reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate management
Handling keys and managing a sign-in/sign-out log for new residents.
