Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of relevant experience preferred
  • Must be able to work hours assigned by management
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to learn and use required computer systems
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
  • Effective use of vision, hearing, and communication
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use required computer systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures and packing requirements
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Deliver 5-star customer service in all interactions
  • Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Manage outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Serve as point of contact for mail and package inquiries and notify employees of deliveries
  • Keep the Business Service Center neat, organized, and well-stocked
  • Replenish office supplies as needed
  • Follow shipping and receiving procedures and ensure correct packing methods and materials
  • Maintain professionalism and build strong working relationships across teams
  • Support training of back-up staff and assist with sensitive inquiries
  • Proactively identify additional tasks during downtime
  • Provide exceptional service to both client and employees
