Job Requirements
- must possess a valid state driver’s license
- must have a safe driving record
- must have at least two years of driving experience
- availability to work any day including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- flexible with schedule changes and little to no advance notice
- must maintain mail security
- follow safe work procedures
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with postal laws and regulations
- ability to carry moderate to heavy loads
- physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and lifting
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
- strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- deliver mail on foot or by vehicle under varied weather and road conditions
- maintain professional and effective public relations with customers
- carry mail weighing up to 35 pounds using shoulder satchels or equipment
- load and unload containers of mail up to 70 pounds
- adhere to postal laws, regulations, and procedures
- provide mail security at all times
- follow established safe work methods and procedures
