Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • completion of company orientation and food safety and sanitation training
  • ability to function in detailed retail tasks
  • ability to lift weights as required by department

  • ability to read and follow written, oral, and diagram instructions

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 6 months or more of related experience or training
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • expert knowledge of production stations and equipment
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups

Job Duties

  • Lead a well-stocked and well-maintained department
  • provide superior customer service
  • perform supervisory responsibilities including scheduling and training Partners
  • serve as backup to Department Manager and work opposite shift
  • assist with inventory control and product handling
  • train Partners and direct their work
  • address complaints and resolve issues
  • build and follow up on production plans
  • assist with technical areas as needed
  • frequently perform Representative/Specialist duties
  • provide coaching on customer service
  • take orders and assist customers with product selections
  • use suggestive selling techniques to build sales
  • merchandise products effectively
  • slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products for quality
  • comply with department and store procedures
  • clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
