Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails
- ability to handle cash accurately
- familiarity with POS systems
- must follow check handling policies
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- ability to wear designer clothing and footwear including heels
- willingness to work in a loud and smoke-filled environment
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, grasp, sit, and stand for the duration of shifts
- must obtain and maintain any required licensing or work cards
- basic math skills

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- advanced knowledge of beverage, wine, spirits, and cocktail trends
- previous modeling or VIP guest service experience preferred
- mixology knowledge for bartender role
- ability to perform bottle service
- knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- capability to maintain company and health safety standards
- score of 85 percent or higher on assessments (bartender role)
Job Duties
- Adhere to all departmental appearance and uniform standards

- market and promote venues by attending outings and posting on social media
