Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol purchases
- must be 25 years of age or older for rental vehicles
- must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Job Qualifications
- Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers
- knowledge of city and surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores
- ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
- ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company software
- ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messaging
- ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalism
- professional and friendly demeanor
- committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- background check required
Job Duties
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
- assist the production team to execute the agreed-upon specific needs and requests of the artists and crew
- purchase and deliver various products and materials from local spots
- maintain cash and receipts throughout the day
- assist in keeping the green room tidy and sanitized
- ensure backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
- follow company protocol as communicated by venue management
- all other duties as assigned
