Job Requirements
- 1+ years of coffee and/or coffee related experience
- Knowledge of coffee and experience in matcha preparation
- Previous experience working in a small team environment
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends, as needed
- Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently and effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission

Job Duties
- Greet every customer warmly, creating meaningful connections by answering questions and making personalized recommendations
- Prepare drinks with precision and consistency, prioritizing quality to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both work and customer areas by wiping down surfaces, dusting, and keeping the shop's appearance polished and inviting
- Show consistent care and respect for all coffee equipment, including the espresso machine, grinders, PUQ press, and knock box, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality
