Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage operations
  • certification in responsible beverage service and food handling preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Hotel Management Degree or Business Degree preferred
  • 5-10 years managerial experience in hotel Food and Beverage operations or freestanding lifestyle restaurants
  • California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate preferred
  • California Food Handler Card preferred
  • track record in leading hotel company with good business and standards
  • knowledge of more than one language recommended
