Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to understand basic machine operations and settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work 2nd shift (3 pm - 11 pm)
- Strong commitment to safety procedures
- Willingness to maintain clean and sanitary work areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to understand basic machine operations and settings
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect materials for proper formation and sealing
- Prevent line jams by overseeing machine operations
- Document production results including code dates and metal detection checks
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals
- Contribute to process improvements in the production line
- Perform equipment sanitation and maintain clean work environment
