Job Duties
- Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure product quality and safety
- inspect materials to verify proper formation and seal integrity
- prevent line jams and interruptions in production
- document quality and production data including code dates and material usage
- read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures
- participate in process improvement initiatives
- perform equipment sanitation and maintain cleanliness of the work environment
