Job Duties
- Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and requests for in room dining
- Provide information to guests about local areas including social, cultural, historical and physical attractions
- Inform guests of all hotel facilities such as hours of operation and daily and weekly events
- Provide guests with information on local area restaurants and theater/musical productions
- Offer assistance related to airline, automobile rental, transportation directions, office services, and beauty/barber establishments
- Comply with unit and brand procedures and standards for check-ins, check-outs, cash handling, etc.
- Deliver and provide in room dining services to guests
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
