Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years plant management, distribution, logistics or related experience
- Must have ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information
- Authorization contingent on U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, asylee or refugee status
- Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
- Completion of drug screening as applicable
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years plant management, distribution, logistics or related experience
- Minimum 3 years experience leading an hourly workforce, union or non-union
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational integration and influencing skills
- Proven track record of meeting customer and business needs
- Executive level presentation skills
- Clear thinking and strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects
Job Duties
- Lead site operations with a focus on safety, delivery, quality, cost, inventory, and productivity
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
- Manage and develop GE exempt and hourly unionized workforce
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive waste elimination through FLIGHT DECK fundamentals
- Evolve strategic plan to enhance safety, technology, automation, and productivity
- Strengthen relationships with customers and partner on improvement activities
- Lead projects to improve operational efficiency
