Job Requirements
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must have at least 1 year LVN experience
- Active nursing license
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Current TB test with chest x-ray if positive
- Current flu vaccination or waiver

Job Duties
- Provide care, treatment, and general welfare of patients
- May supervise the work of others and work under general supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment
- Perform nursing duties within assigned areas and shifts, including collection of lab work and other health screenings
- Keep informed of and follow all agency, facility, and unit policies and procedures
- Assist the RN Supervisor with on-the-job nursing instruction
