- Physical ability to move throughout workday and lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist with resident evacuation in emergencies

- Strong attention to detail in writing, proofreading, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment demonstrating a cooperative, respectful, and compassionate approach to colleagues and resident care
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment and technology
- Maintains professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude when managing challenging situations
- Physically able to move throughout the workday and lift items up to 20 pounds using safe handling practices
- May be necessary to assist with resident evacuation during emergency situation
Job Duties
- Operate telephone, paging, radio, voicemail, and computerized phone systems, answer calls professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide information and materials such as brochures, directions, newsletters, calendars in accordance with policies
- Greet visitors and assist with guest room reservations, directing them to the proper offices, personnel, or residents
- Prepare event and tour signage and assist with maintaining meeting room and event calendars
- Manage work orders using computer software and support administrative staff as needed
- Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners
- Perform all duties aligned with the organization's mission and comply with established policies and procedures
