High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments

Job Qualifications

Good level of knife skills
Excellent communication skills
Passion to learn more about culinary arts
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working in high-volume kitchen settings is desirable but not essential

Job Duties

Supporting the kitchen teams
Working in different sections of a busy kitchen
Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop culinary skills
Using the best quality ingredients to produce fresh, quality food
Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene
