Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- No college degree required

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates suite staff including training on company and departmental standards and providing constructive and corrective feedback as necessary
- Completes and assists staff with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standards
- Confirms all items are prepared to standard and served timely and accurately
- Analyzes and resolves problems with associates guests and the operation with the assistance of the Suites Manager
- Supports and monitors alcohol service within the area adhering to all laws and guidelines for responsible service
- Maintain and inspect suites kitchen and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Immediately reports any low inventory and safety and maintenance issues to the Suites Manager
- Provides guidance on POS usage from entering orders to closing out accounts at the end of service
- Performs other duties as assigned
