Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Minimum one year phone etiquette experience
- Minimum one year time management experience
- Ability to commute to Hoboken NJ or planning to relocate before starting work
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- Strong communication skills

- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- One year of phone etiquette experience
- One year of time management experience
- Preferred one year of concierge experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local area services
Job Duties
- Attend to residents requests and needs in a professional courteous and efficient manner
- Deal professionally with residents inquiries
- Effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints
- Assist residents with outstanding customer service
- Maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service
- Manage phone correspondence with excellent etiquette
- Apply time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
