Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year of phone etiquette experience
- Minimum of one year of time management experience
- Ability to commute to Harrison, NJ or plan to relocate prior to employment
- Preferred concierge experience of at least one year

Job Duties
- Answer and relay requests for information such as directions, area attractions and restaurant suggestions
- Inform guests about facilities such as the swimming pool and business center
- Plan small group meals and entertainment such as golf outings, cooking classes and concert tickets
- Arrange private transportation for hotel guests
- Book entertainment, local tours and regional activities
- Assist guests with special requests or other needs such as medical assistance, laundry or dry cleaning services
