- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of local area attractions and services
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- proficiency in booking and reservation systems

Job Duties
- Answer and relay requests for information such as directions, area attractions and restaurant suggestions
- inform guests about facilities such as the swimming pool and business center
- plan small group meals and entertainment such as golf outings, cooking classes and concert tickets
- arrange private transportation for hotel guests
- book entertainment, local tours and regional activities
- assist guests with special requests or other needs such as medical assistance, laundry or dry cleaning services
