Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- successful background check
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance and grooming
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Job Qualifications

- must maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check

- ability to create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards and enhance guest experience

- commitment to safety guidelines and reporting unsafe conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods

- experience or comfort in using communication tools such as phones and radios
Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
- clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
- arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work, following all company rules and policies
- assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
