Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Some lifting required, lifting and carrying weights exceeding 50 pounds must be assisted
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Some weekend work may be required
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Team player and self-starter
- Basic knowledge of computers for checking company email and completing required training
- Ability to operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and tools
- Knowledge of solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies and ability to read and understand label instructions
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Clean 1st floor common space, offices, work pods and business center
- Clean common hallways and elevator lobbies from 2nd floor to 29th floor, along with inside of elevators
- Operate a walk behind shampoo machine on all floors 7 through 26
- Mop floors 28 and 29
- Clean common retail hallway
- Report cleaning materials and products needed for day-to-day operations
