Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicles promptly and position them carefully for guest departure
- Provide assistance with luggage and opening doors to enhance guest experience
- Offer guidance on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Maintain security and safety of vehicles and belongings by adhering to established procedures and collaborating with security team
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Maintain effective communication with valet attendants, front desk staff, and other departments for seamless service
- Accurately document vehicle information and guest details while ensuring confidentiality
- Keep valet area clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly
