Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- able to work both indoors and outdoors including parking garages and active traffic areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- assist with additional duties as needed
