Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One month related experience or equivalent training
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and practices
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and understand money units
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Greet guests within five feet with a friendly and professional manner
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Provide directions, taxi assistance, reservations, and answer inquiries
  • Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
  • Issue and collect claim checks, managing all ticket information
  • Calculate and collect revenue when necessary
