Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening
High school diploma or GED
One month related experience or equivalent training
Ability to operate a vehicle safely
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and practices
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English
Ability to perform basic math operations and understand money units
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
Greet guests within five feet with a friendly and professional manner
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Provide directions, taxi assistance, reservations, and answer inquiries
Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue and collect claim checks, managing all ticket information
Calculate and collect revenue when necessary
