Job Requirements
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license for two or more years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle guest interactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work under fast-paced conditions and resolve conflicts effectively
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry luggage as required
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior valet experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet hotel guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Explain parking rates and instructions to guests
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and exhibit a professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and assist with luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management
