Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recent f&b director experience at a full-service luxury branded hotel
- forbes service experience strongly preferred
- solid career progression with professional references
- proven ability to lead and motivate a large diverse team
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- legally authorized to work in the us without sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent food and beverage director experience at luxury branded full-service hotel
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong background in luxury hospitality operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective F&B strategies
- experience with budgeting and financial oversight
- knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality
Job Duties
- oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality
- lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team including management-level staff
- develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to deliver consistent service standards
- manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance of F&B departments
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth
