Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent f&b director experience at a full-service luxury branded hotel
  • forbes service experience strongly preferred
  • solid career progression with professional references
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a large diverse team
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • legally authorized to work in the us without sponsorship now or in the future

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent food and beverage director experience at luxury branded full-service hotel
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong background in luxury hospitality operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective F&B strategies
  • experience with budgeting and financial oversight
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality
  • lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team including management-level staff
  • develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to deliver consistent service standards
