- 5+ years as an executive chef for a luxury hotel property with multiple outlets
- 3+ year of experience with banquets and catering
- Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
- Holds high expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
- New hotel opening experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a leadership team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to participate in promotional and marketing events
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
