Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible work schedule including on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of local area and resources advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks when necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other relevant contacts and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
