Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior luxury hotel leadership including GM experience in a flagship or tier-one urban property
  • Proven expertise in pre-opening and/or major renovations
  • Mastery of Forbes/LQA standards
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of New York City market, compliance, and labor laws
  • Charismatic leadership and team-building ability

Job Qualifications

  • Senior luxury hotel leadership experience of 10+ years including GM experience in a flagship or tier-one urban property
  • Expertise in pre-opening and/or major renovations
  • Mastery of Forbes/LQA standards with a reputation for anticipatory, guest-centric service
  • Strong financial acumen with proven NOI and TRevPAR results
  • Deep knowledge of the New York City market, compliance, and labor environment
  • Charismatic leadership presence with ability to inspire teams and engage ownership

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of pre-opening and renovation including budgets, timelines, OS&E/FF&E, and stakeholder alignment
  • Establish a Forbes five-star service culture with bespoke guest experiences that reflect the soul of New York City
  • Partner with sales, revenue, and marketing to drive financial performance (P&L, NOI, EBITDA)
  • Recruit, inspire, and mentor a world-class team of hospitality professionals
  • Serve as the hotel’s ambassador to the community, tastemakers, and cultural leaders
