Job Requirements
- 10+ years in senior luxury hotel leadership including GM experience in a flagship or tier-one urban property
- Proven expertise in pre-opening and/or major renovations
- Mastery of Forbes/LQA standards
- Strong financial acumen
- Deep knowledge of New York City market, compliance, and labor laws
- Charismatic leadership and team-building ability
Job Qualifications
- Senior luxury hotel leadership experience of 10+ years including GM experience in a flagship or tier-one urban property
- Expertise in pre-opening and/or major renovations
- Mastery of Forbes/LQA standards with a reputation for anticipatory, guest-centric service
- Strong financial acumen with proven NOI and TRevPAR results
- Deep knowledge of the New York City market, compliance, and labor environment
- Charismatic leadership presence with ability to inspire teams and engage ownership
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of pre-opening and renovation including budgets, timelines, OS&E/FF&E, and stakeholder alignment
- Establish a Forbes five-star service culture with bespoke guest experiences that reflect the soul of New York City
- Partner with sales, revenue, and marketing to drive financial performance (P&L, NOI, EBITDA)
- Recruit, inspire, and mentor a world-class team of hospitality professionals
- Serve as the hotel’s ambassador to the community, tastemakers, and cultural leaders
