Job Duties
- Support the coordination of the suite approval process ensuring all necessary elements are completed and information is communicated promptly and clearly to both guests and team members
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and engage with them to identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities recommending tailored features and benefits to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue
- Possess in-depth knowledge of MGM Resorts properties including locations amenities services and offerings across the brand
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Chairman Club members by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open effective communication
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns within the scope of authority while escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary
