Job Requirements
- Able to perform essential functions consistent safely and successfully with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting quality standards

- must be able to sit, stand, and squat frequently
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings
- deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy
- monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
- process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
- collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
