Job Duties

Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations tailored to preferences
Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining teams to ensure timely and quality service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Adhere to all health and safety standards during food preparation and service
