Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be willing to obtain Tips and Food Handlers cards within 30 days of employment
  • Must be physically able to bend, stoop, squat, stretch to fulfill tasks
  • Must be able to lift and carry trays and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Must be physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for extended periods
  • Must have manual dexterity, grasping, writing ability, and be capable of repetitive motions, standing, sitting, bending, and climbing
  • Must have good attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years bartending experience in a similar establishment
  • Must have extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently
  • Must be 21 years of age and willing to obtain Tips and Food Handlers cards within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests one-on-one to take orders and make cocktails utilizing company service standards
  • Maintain an issued cash bank throughout the shift
  • Actively market yourself and the establishment via social media outreach and staff outings
  • Support the company’s goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values as an active business partner
  • Follow food and beverage sequence of service consistently using proper procedures standardized by managers and chefs
  • Exhibit knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages while maintaining cleanliness of the bar
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with a sense of urgency
