Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team
- Experience in plant-based cooking
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire the culinary team
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations
- Develop and mentor sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Manage daily prep and ensure the highest food quality
- Order and maintain inventory
- Train and schedule kitchen staff
- Optimize kitchen workflow for efficiency and time management
